| MX History Day 2008 |
| On November 30, 2008, Jef Bens and Peter Goolaerts along with several friends and helpers hosted "MX History Day 2008" in Hulshout, Belgium. A friend and I were in Belgium viewing works bikes and made the trip over to attend the event. I have had the opportunity to attend several MX events in the United States and this event ranks as one of the best I have ever attended. There were literally thousands of fans who were treated to very well organized display of European MX history. The bike displays had a mixture of well restored production bikes and Factory Works Bikes. The photos display chronicled all the greats from the 1960's thru the 1980's. Many of the European World GP Champions were in attendance. My compliments to Jef and Peter for a wonderful event! |
